Shield of Faith

Godffirmation:

Godly affirmation and godly confirmation based on the scriptures

Ephesians 6:16 KJV

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith

Ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Remember those old movies when the battles involved spears and arrows/darts?  Pull those up to create a picture of ‘fiery darts’ coming your way.  You need something to block this dart and stop it from piercing or burning you.  The wicked uses tactics that are unfair and inconsiderate.  So, we need weaponry to combat it.

Scripture reference: Psalm 3:3-6 - “Thou oh Lord, art a shield for me..”

Being knowledgeable of scripture text like this will help you in the midst of any battle. It is not time to take down and slack off. It is time to read, prep, and fight the good fight of faith.
