“Time is filled with swift transition". Jenny Wilson
It’s time. Time to be obedient. Time to move forward. Time to obey God. December is here and there is a little time left in 2024. How will you utilize the valuable time that is still left in this year? Whatever you do, life will move on. You have a decision to make, move forward naturally and spiritually or remain stagnant. Make decision to be obedient to God.
It’s time to reflect, review and rediscover yourself. Throughout this year some things were lost and others were gained. There were times we won. But there have been times when we felt like we were losers. In all of those feelings and emotions, time kept moving on.
Clocks keep ticking, time moves on.
Clocks also have alarms. In order to turn the alarm off, we have to go to the clock and press or touch the off button. Sometimes we hit snooze, but the alarm will ring again in about five minutes. Five minutes of snoozing could have been used wisely.
Sometimes, it is difficult to move on. Years can go by before some people move on. Forging ahead requires time and motion. It is hard to move forward when our heart is fixed on the past. Move on from people that encourage you to feed self sabotaging addictions and habits.
Pay attention to your physical health and your diet. Create a meal plan for the week and exercise 3-4 times per week.
Feed your soul with God’s word. Prayer, quiet time, and reading the word can do wonders for your spirit and uplift.
Seek advice from someone that you know experienced your current season. Make sure it is someone that has integrity and can provide you with wise, godly counsel.
We need to reach out to God. He has not forgotten about us!
Life will continue to take place for us. We have to make up our mind about how we can approach, our time management. Our mental framework is a shaping mechanism that causes us to live and function the way that we do. Sometimes changes need to be made mentally, physically and emotionally. The experiences we have and how we perceive them will either play the role of a catapult or cause us to be stagnated. I don’t want you to stop, God does not want you to stop and your village does not want you to stop. Keep going, come up for air and breath. There is still time to shine.
Turn the page, stop reading the same story over and over again. There is more for you and to you!
Our stories are continuing and the pages have turned. We are not who we were a few weeks ago. Change is here and available for us to continue to operate in the God-given lane that He created for us.
“Your life is a page turner. It is filled with ups, downs, ins and outs. The story of your life can be used to encourage others as a testimony of endurance. Share your testimony.”
When I am not writing, I am listening and hearing the story that others tell.
